This patient had one implant which dropped too low and the other implant shifted too high with the low one shifted to the side . Internal sutures were placed inferiorly and laterally on the left side and the pocket was lowered on the right side. The patient went larger as well. This is only a few weeks after her procedure and the implants have not dropped fully yet.
